Refund Policy
Refund requests are separate from canceling an Loom subscription.
1. Requesting a refund
Subscriptions from Loom for Loom are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide the purchase email, order or transaction reference and an explanation. Do not send full card details or passwords.
We offer a 60-day refund period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle. You can also email agencyos.support@gmail.com for help with your request. This period does not limit statutory rights that apply beyond it.
See Paddle’s Refund Policy for its refund handling. We do not impose usage-based restrictions or other conditions that contradict Paddle’s handling or mandatory consumer rights.
2. Cancellation is not a refund
Canceling stops the subscription; requesting a refund asks for money paid to be returned. The app’s Cancel subscription action requests immediate cancellation, ends paid access immediately and returns the agency to Free. It does not automatically issue a refund.
Your existing records stay saved. New clients or members cannot be added while the agency exceeds Free limits, and AI access ends. Upgrades and downgrades follow the rules on Pricing and in the Terms of Service.
3. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect or unauthorized, contact Paddle at paddle.net with the transaction reference so it can be investigated and corrected where appropriate. Refunds, if approved, are handled by Paddle under its policy and the payment method’s rules.
For assistance, contact agencyos.support@gmail.com. Processing and bank posting times depend on Paddle and your payment provider; we do not guarantee a fixed number of business days. Paddle will provide the status of your request.
4. Consumer rights
Mandatory cancellation, refund and other consumer rights remain available where applicable and cannot be removed by this policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for services that fail applicable consumer guarantees, remain unaffected.
This policy applies to Loom, Maxine Court, Victoria, Australia, and takes effect on November 7, 2026. Contact agencyos.support@gmail.com with questions.
